Technical Support

Email support for program errors (bugs) is free for all versions.  Phone support for bugs, and support for software configuration and usage questions is priced at $50 per hour.  Reports of bugs for which Newton Computing has not posted or distributed notice will not be charged.  Time will be billed in 1/2 hour increments.  Blocks of support hours, good for 1 year, may be purchased in advance at reduced rates. 

Support is provided by phone (U.S. only) and/or email, during weekday hours from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., U.S. eastern time (excluding U.S. federal holidays).  Callbacks may be required.  Support during other hours may be available, but is not guaranteed unless obtained by separate agreement.
