Technical Support Email support for program errors (bugs) is free for all versions. Phone support for bugs, and support for software configuration and usage questions is priced at $50 per hour. Time will be billed in 1/2 hour increments. Blocks of support hours, good for 1 year, may be purchased in advance at reduced rates. Contacts reporting bugs for which Newton Computing has not posted or distributed notice will not be charged. Support is provided by phone (U.S. only) and/or email, during weekday hours from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., U.S. eastern time (excluding U.S. federal holidays). Callbacks may be required. Support during other hours may be available, but is not guaranteed unless obtained by separate agreement.
